With a thrilling start and countless memorable moments to come, we look forward to another year of helping our clients by delivering them effective accreditation solutions to ensure the safety and security for their events and all involved. In other news, we are proud to announce our new agreement with the Southeastern Conference (SEC), one of the top collegiate athletic conferences in the US. Simplify Event Media Management with Accredit Media
Coordinating media access at events can be a logistical challenge. From verifying accreditation for single media and broadcast groups, to managing seating arrangements, the process can often be complex and overwhelming. But imagine if there was an easier, more efficient solution.
Accredit Media offers a comprehensive digital platform. Event organisers can efficiently handle everything from media accreditation applications for groups and individuals, approvals and denials, as well to assigning seating / positioning for press conferences, media and broadcast areas and event access zones. With features like real-time status updates, automated communications, and digital pass deployment, Accredit Media simplifies media management, helping you to deliver a streamlined and professional event experience.
Accreditation Done Right vs. Accreditation Gone Wrong
The accreditation process is a critical aspect of event security and management that is often underestimated. A poorly executed accreditation plan can lead to chaotic access control, allowing unauthorised personnel to enter restricted areas and creating serious security risks. Inadequate staff screening can leave sensitive zones vulnerable, while operational overload from manual processes can result in costly errors and a stressful environment for your team.
However, a robust accreditation system can transform this situation. With Accredit Solutions, you can streamline access control, ensuring that only authorised personnel can enter restricted areas, while comprehensive staff screening guarantees that everyone on-site is properly vetted. Our platform enhances operational efficiency, reducing the burden on your team and enabling smooth event execution.
Don’t let poor accreditation undermine your event’s success!
The MLS regular season has come to a close, but the excitement is just getting started with the Audi 2024 MLS Cup Playoffs. We’re thrilled to see our clients, Inter Miami CF and the Colorado Rapids, bring their A-game to the playoffs and turn up the heat on the competition. We can’t wait to watch them play at their best as they chase the championship.
Spring Racing Carnivals in Sydney and Melbourne
This season promises thrilling events, showcasing the finest thoroughbred racing. Sydney’s Everest Carnival will feature the prestigious $20 million Group 1 TAB Everest, the world’s richest race on turf! Meanwhile, the Sportsbet Caulfield Cup at the Melbourne Racing Club will attract top horses and jockeys, ensuring a spectacular day at the races.
Our solution enhances accreditaion management and delivers robust, multi-layered security tailored to the needs of major events. Our work with the Victoria Racing Club (VRC) at the Melbourne Cup Spring Carnival exemplifies our dedication to supporting world-renowned events.
National Basketball Association (NBA)
The NBA season tipped off on 22nd October, and we're proud to support two of the league's elite teams: the Boston Celtics and the Denver Nuggets. Both are setting the stage for what promises to be an unforgettable year. Here’s to another action-packed season, and best of luck to both the Celtics and Nuggets in their pursuit of victory!
New Wristband and PassAllocation Feature
With our latest Allocation feature, you can now easily assign pre-printed passes or wristbands to your attendees, with no need to print personalised passes for every individual. This new function simplifies your event day operations by allowing you to link pre-printed QR codes or barcodes directly to people’s profiles. This means less time spent on printing, lower costs, and no wasted materials. It’s perfect for large groups, such as catering teams or temporary staff, who may not need personalised passes but still require controlled access to specific areas. We’ve already seen fantastic results with this functionality. At the Democratic National Convention, we helped allocate and distributed 300,000 pre-printed delegate passes, ensuring secure and efficient access at this high-profile event. Access for large groups and match-day staff seamlessly, without compromising security.
