Enhanced Accreditation Systems at USGA Events with Accredit Solutions and Wicket

Accredit Solutions, in partnership with Wicket, has played a crucial role in enhancing the accreditation and access control systems at the recent US Open Golf Championships, hosted by the United States Golf Association (USGA). Through our collaboration, we integrated Wicket's facial authentication technology into our accreditation system, streamlining the accreditation process for employees, officials, and media personnel at Pinehurst Resort.

As we transition from the excitement of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024, held across the USA and West Indies, our focus shifts to the intricacies of accreditation delivery at other major international sports events with our clients.

Leading on from the US Open at Pinehurst with the USGA, the R&A team take centre stage to deliver The 152nd Open Championship scheduled for July 18-21 at Royal Troon in Scotland. The Open Championship, with its rich history and international prestige, presents unique challenges in managing a diverse array of global participants and spectators. The R&A team continue to utilise the Accredit platform to push new boundaries year on year we wish them luck in their headline event.
